Earlier this month we touched base on a recent news story that featured a missing child, and a search for the child started from visions that came via a Texas psychic.

Sadly, the child is still missing and the legitimacy of the psychic is now being called into question. While psychic Stephanie Almaguer originally had visions of where the child or her body could be, she later went so far as to state that she envisioned the baby drowning in her home and then being taken to a secondary location.

Not only is Stephanie’s legitimacy coming into question because the body of Lisa Irwin has not been found, but also because her parents claim the child was abducted from their home and that they know nothing about her potential drowning. Needless to say, this case has not been the positive story with the happy ending thanks to a psychic vision that we thought it may end up being.

“Self-proclaimed Dallas, Texas psychic detective Stephanie Almaguer, who has recently been the center of controversy in the case of missing Missouri baby Lisa Irwin, said she wanted to set the record straight after two online radio show hosts accused her of not being credible, inserting herself into missing person’s cases, and stealing visions in missing 5-year-old HaLeigh Cummings’ case.

In Baby Lisa’s case Stephanie had visions the then 10-month-old baby accidently drowned in her home and was later taken to a location near a river and tower. Baby Lisa’s parents, Deborah Bradley, 25, and Jeremy Irwin, 30, claim their baby was abducted from her crib sometime between 6:40 p.m. Oct. 3 and 3:45 a.m. Oct. 4.”

Anyone that has stuck around here on our site for any amount of time is well aware of where we stand in terms of our psychic beliefs, and how much we love when psychic stories are discussed in the mainstream media. Gone are the days where psychics were cast off as being crazy, and now it seems more and more people are taking us seriously. So much so to the point where even the police are taking note of psychic predictions, and this is proven by a recent story that came out of Kansas City Missouri.

Lisa Irwin, a missing child, disappeared a few days ago and there were no leads to speak of until a Texas psychic called in noting that she had a vision of where the child could be. The whole town leapt at the news and a number of volunteers set themselves up to scour the city and see if there was another truth to the vision the psychic had.

“About 25 volunteers were out in full force Saturday, despite the rain and cold temperatures, searching for any trace of missing child Lisa Irwin.

The search started at 9 a.m. from the Chouteau Bridge over to Highway 210, most of it on the Cerner property that was formerly Sam’s Town Casino.

The search area was based on the vision of a psychic from Texas. She said she saw a river by a tower and other elements that locals connected to this property.

“You watch it on television, and they hit it on the head a lot of times, and a lot of times they don’t, so you don’t know. Keep your fingers crossed,” said Jerry Grimes, of Grandview.

Police have conducted multiple searches in the seven weeks since baby Lisa disappeared, but they said they will not be participating in this one.

Lisa’s father, Jeremy Irwin, called 911 about 4 a.m. Oct. 4 to say that someone had snatched his daughter from her crib in her Northland home while she was sleeping. Her mother, Debbie Bradley, initially said she last saw her daughter about 10:30 p.m. but later admitted she had drank heavily in the hours before her daughter went missing and last remembered seeing her daughter at about 6:30 p.m.

Lisa was 10 months old at the time of her disappearance. Her first birthday was Nov. 11.

Police said they have received multiple tips from multiple psychics but none that have provided anything useful.

The psychic behind Saturday’s effort drew a sketch of what she saw, posted it on her blog and people living in the Kansas City area made a connection to the old Sam’s Town property.

The psychic told KCTV5 News by phone that she envisioned not just the area but a person with a baby.

“And then they (the people in her vision) came out and then they went down and they went into the river and then there was this tower beside it, and then I drew a big pole. It was like I was there, it was like I could see all of these things,” said Stephanie Almaguer.

Another item that sparked Almaguer’s interest was the railroad tracks that go through the property and a photo someone else posted on her blog showing a collapsed piece of gravel where she believes someone could be buried. So that will be a big focus of the search.

Around 11:30 a.m., those searching found an old well that matched the psychic’s vision and called police for assistance.

“Because of what was in her dream. She dreamed there was a well and some metal back in through here and we found the metal here and then of course our well. We stuck a stick down here at least eight to 10 feet down and still can’t find the bottom,” said Judi Shea, of Kansas City, MO. “

We will keep you up to date on thi story as much as we can, and will let you know as soon as we hear anything more. While there is certainly nothing positive to take from the story of a missing child, it is definitely heartening to see that psychics around the world are not only being taken more seriously but are committed to using their gifts to help out as much as possible.

Here at FreePsychicReview.com we discussed the new psychic show “The One” before it aired on Australian TV, andnhow we have just found out that the show has ended surrounding a swirl of controversy. Throughout the course of the show psychics were given tasks and presented with the opportunity to prove their abilities by solving unsolved crimes and uncovering as many mysteries as possible.

However, the unfortunate part seems to be that no one notified the family of a murder victim who would be featured on the show itself. Murdered housewife Kerry Whelan was the main feature of one of the episode’s as psychics were given the task of trying to find her still missing body, yet no one from the show thought to ask her family for permission or even notify them of what would be happening:

THE family of murdered housewife Kerry Whelan is furious with Channel Seven for turning her death into a game on psychic show The One.

Bernie Whelan said his family is distraught that no one from Channel Seven contacted them about using Mrs Whelan’s disappearance and murder as part of the TV show where psychics tried to find her remains.

Mrs Whelan disappeared in 1997 and was murdered by convicted killer Bruce Burrell, but her body has never been found.

“The first we knew of this was on the weekend when we were watching TV and saw Kerrie’s face pop up,” Mr Whelan said.

“No one ever contacted us and we’ve always been co-operative with the media.

“They’ve turned Kerrie’s murder into a game show.”

Comment is being sought by Channel Seven”

We have been big fans of the show since airing, and love the fact that psychics are now entering the mainstream world of reality TV, but there is no denying that the owe the Whelan family an apology for this one. No one should have their family featured on a TV show without offering their permission, and this is not the way these painful memories should have to be brought up.

With that all said and in mind, we still love how much publicity this show has brought to the psychic world and hope that an American version will break onto national TV soon. The producers just need to make sure they do their due diligence first.

You will find a lot of different personalities in the psychic world, and a lot of people with completely different beliefs even though they may in reality agree for the most part. Her earliest psychic encounter occurred when she was about seven years old.

Heather said her grandmother had been sent to hospital with a broken hip but during the night, her grandmother’s spirit visited to say, “… time was up, she was going home and wanted to say goodbye”.

“The next day, my aunt came and told me that my grandmother had a turn for the worst and had passed away during the night. But, of course, I already knew that she had gone,” Heather said.

After conducting readings for about 20 years, the psychic believes there is no such thing as death.

As you can see Heather stands firmly behind her beliefs, and has proven to be one of the most open, gifted, and honest psychics out there. Personally, we would love to see this type of attitude become more rampant in the psychic world. Now this is spooky. A Kansas City psychic is claiming that, back in January, he predicted the date and time — down to the minute! — that the Wall Street protests would begin. Not only that, but he has an audio recording of his prediction, and the prediction was written up by a local periodical shortly after he made it.

The prediction occurred at Aquarius (Kansas City’s New Age and Metaphysical Store) during an annual panel of psychics giving their predictions for the coming year. At one point, Steve MacDonald (a participating psychic), was asked when he thought the lower classes would decide they’ve had enough and revolt against their corporate overlords. MacDonald gave a much more specific answer than the questioner expected. His answer was quoted in a write up of the event published on January 24th by the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Astrology has been around really since the beginning of time. There are different branches of astrological thought from Chinese Astrology to Indian Astrology to Western Astrology.

But basically, astrological or zodiac signs as they are also called represent twelve sections of the zodiac. So it is believed that our human activity is based on the principles as represented by these twelve signs which indicate what kind of personality type and characteristics we each have. These are differentiated depending on your birth date. And other influences are the sun signs and moon signs.

In Indian astrology, the 12 signs are associated with the constellations, whereby in Chinese and Western astrology these links are not part of the equations. In Western astrology more emphasis is placed on the movement of the sun, moon and planets through each of the signs. And in Chinese astrology, they believe the emphasis is more on the time, with the zodiac signs working on cycles of the years, months, and hours of the day.

So again depending on the date of your birth you will fall into one of the 12 signs which are Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. Each sign has a corresponding symbol that goes with it as well.

And depending which of the signs you fall under, there are a whole range of standard characteristics and behaviors that are said to be consistent with that particular birth range. This can be helpful when looking at different relationships and trying to figure out how to communicate and relate to another person.

Although it is certainly not carved in stone, it can be a very interested exercise to go through especially if you are having problems with a relationship whether at work or at home, to look at the different signs and then see how you can change your behavior to best work with the behavior of that person’s sign.

Anderson Cooper is well known as one of the most skeptical news personalities out there today, and one of the anchors that is even more well known for busting scams, knocking people back to reality, and being critical of anything that isn’t “proven”.
